I ordered a delicious breakfast with eggs and chorizo, served with beans, avocado, and fresh orange juice; everything was fresh and full of flavor! The coffee was exquisite, truly one of the best I’ve ever had. The place is very pleasant, with beautiful and cozy décor that makes you want to stay longer. The staff was kind and attentive, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Definitely a place I’ll come back to and highly recommend for great food and a charming atmosphere.Posted on Anna WhiteTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Mae Dunne truly outdid themselves with their Tequila and Mezcal event! The four-course gourmet dinner was expertly paired with premium tequilas and mezcals, showcasing the diversity and depth of Mexico's iconic spirits. What impressed me most was the intimate setting, which fostered discovery, conversation, and celebration. The real highlight of the evening was the presentation by two knowledgeable sommeliers who took us on a journey through the different regions, histories, and craftsmanship behind each tequila and mezcal. Their expertise elevated the experience, allowing us to appreciate the nuances of each spirit. The attention to detail and commitment to creating a unique experience were palpable throughout the evening. From the thoughtfully prepared courses to the carefully selected tequilas and mezcals, Mae Dunne demonstrated a passion for delivering exceptional events. But what truly made the experience stand out was the 5-star service. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and provided top-notch service that complemented the already excellent food and drink pairings. If you're looking for a sophisticated and engaging experience, I highly recommend attending one of Mae Dunne's events. Their dedication to community, timeless design, and passion for gathering around the table is evident in every aspect of their business.Posted on Sarah MonroeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I am so beyond impressed by every detail of this restaurant. The service was impeccable. The food was delicious, fresh and well curated. The atmosphere was posh, comfortable and friendly. I can't recommend the breakfast service enough!Posted on A BQTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My kids treated me to a birthday brunch. Parking was iffy. Food was great. Entertainment was excellent.Posted on Jorge HaddadTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The food looks great until you taste it. Unfortunately everything we ordered was bland and lacked flavor. Took over 30 minutes to get our order taken. Had to wave the waiter down for refills every time. Sad for what looks like a nice spot. Hopefully they change chefs and don't cheap out on staff as they don't have enough. Not the waiters fault.Posted on Javier MenendezTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Updated Review: I had visited Mae Dunne several times before, but this is an updated review since the restaurant has been under new management for the past two months. The owner herself attended us and was very kind and welcoming. We arrived at 10:40 AM without a reservation (it was their first day offering online reservations), and she kindly set up a table for us on the terrace. We placed our order immediately — drinks and food at the same time. The drinks took quite a while to arrive, and 1 hot chocolate was forgotten and had to be reordered. We were a group of 7 people. Unfortunately, as more tables arrived, we saw that their food was served much earlier than ours. By 11:40 AM, a full hour later, our food still hadn’t arrived. Three of us had to leave for another commitment without eating, only after drinking our beverages. We canceled the food that never came. Although the staff apologized, it was very disappointing that they still charged the automatic gratuity (because we were a party of more than 6), even though only four people actually got to eat. After the initial kind welcome, there was no further effort to make up for the poor service besides a simple verbal apology. Sadly, despite the good intentions of the new administration, this was a very bad experience. As a frequent customer in the past, I will not be returning.Posted on Jonathan ArrietaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Lovely place between The Rim and Fair Oaks area. Perfect for breakfast with the family. Order the brisket bennies!
